Terms of Service

When purchasing on this site you are agreeing to all policies set by Ismile Designs. Ismile Designs is not at fault if you have failed to fully read and understand these policies. Please note that I do not offer phone consultations and all inquiries must be made via message and/or email.

Monday-Friday | 11AM-6PM EST
Out of office Saturday + Sunday + ALL Holidays.

PROJECTS
An additional fee will be charged for any last-minute or day of projects. For a 3-day rush order, it is an additional fee of $50 and request must be made by 1 pm 4-day prior then the expected date of delivery. For a 1-day rush order, it is an additional fee of $75 and request must be made by 1 pm a day prior then the expected date of delivery. Projects can take up to 3-14 days to complete depending on the complexity of the project. Please plan accordingly for rush orders or it will not be accepted and your rush order fee will be returned. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee if you decide to no longer use my service or are unhappy with the work once the design has been started.

The client must provide all info requested for the project in a timely manner. If you do not send projects content within 72 hours of booking your service, your spot will be forfeited and you will have to reschedule your project for a later date. I have the right to decline any project at any moment for any reason and refund you the deposit if work has not started. I have the right to decline any project if I feel like your project cannot be accomplished.

TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary depending on the service desired. The standard turnaround time for each a la carte service is approximately 7-10 business days. A more detailed turnaround time can be found on the individual product page. Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the current workload. Please note that the turnaround time does NOT begin until you have filled out the design form located here and the deposit is received.

DESIGN FORM
After purchase, your design form must be completed with all order related details. Your turnaround time does not begin until this form has been successfully completed and submitted. You may find the design form in the left side/bottom menu on mobile, and top/bottom menus on desktop. You may also click here to access the form.

GHOST POLICY
You will have 48 hours to respond to each message regarding any proofs/revisions. For each response that is later than 48 hours, your turn around time will be extended for an additional 1-2 business days. (Example: If I message you about a revision on Monday morning, and you don’t reply until Wednesday night, your project will now be extended an additional 1-2 business days than originally stated.

After 5 days of no communication, your order will be considered cancelled and forfeited with no refund issued. If you’d like to restart your services, there will be an additional re-start fee of $50.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the type of items and services that are sold, Ismile Designs does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. Wanting to use another designer or having buyer’s remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for and the design process has already begun, Ismile Designs will not refund any of the payment already received. If the client decides to not choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and get in contact with us. Ismile Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

PAYMENT AND REFUND
For projects under $300, payment must be in full. All projects over $300 require a 50% non-refundable deposit beforehand. Balance due upon completion. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by ISmile Designs. ISmile accepts payments made via Paypal, e-transfer, and Stripe. All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Once promotional items have been shipped and delivered. No refund shall be reimbursed unless items are defective.

COMMUNICATION
All communication will be done through email. Text messages and phone calls are no longer accepted. If you wish to chat via phone, you must schedule a day & time with the designer first.

Ismile Designs works consistently to get orders out. Please be advised there will be no contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. If you have any questions about your order during this time, no problem, simply email [email protected] and we will be more than happy to respond.

For new inquiries, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.


IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Ismile Designs reserves the right to request any client to show proof of identity by sending an ID check via email or text once order has been placed. This check is secure and is provided by an app within Shopify. Failure to complete this check or if you fail the verification may result in order cancellation. This is to protect both Ismile Designs and the client from any fraudulent charges/activity.

REVISIONS
All designs include (3) free complimentary revisions. Any extra revisions will be an additional $15. To help lessen the chances of needing extra revisions, please be sure to be detailed when filling out your design form. Revisions are minor edits/changes to your logo such as a slight font change, color change, size, etc. A revision is not a brand-new design.

Once you have approved of your design(s) and they have been finalized + emailed over to you, the project is now closed and cannot be edited without an additional fee. Please double and triple check that everything is to your liking and spelled correctly before approving your final design. Any requested edits/revisions after design approval are subject to an additional fee.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Professional photography photos from a professional photoshoot are preferred and required for website design. If you need stock images you will be responsible for providing your own or pay $3 per image using my adobe stock account. Ai stock photos is also available for $10 per photo. Camera phone pictures and snap chat pictures are not accepted for any project.

PRINTING + SHIPPING
Printing and shipping time is approximately 7-10 business days after your designs have been approved of and finalized. Ismile Designs is not responsible for any delayed, lost/stolen packages, or any incorrect addresses you may have provided. Tracking is provided once your order has been shipped via email. If there are any problems with your items, please reach out via email [email protected] and we will try to assist the best we can.

UNUSED DESIGNS/CONCEPTS
Any designs sent to the client but were rejected are not to be used by the client or replicated by any means. The client may only use the design(s) that were approved of, paid for, and emailed over after confirmation. Any usage or replications of any unpaid designs or design concepts by Ismile Designs will result in legal action.

POSTING CLIENT DESIGNS
Ismile Designs withholds all rights to post any/all designs to our social media, website, etc. If your brand is launching in the future and not at the time your designs were completed, please reach out and let us know so we can be sure not to post until you have launched. We don’t want to spoil your moment.
